As a global exporter, ULTRAAQUA has long faced the challenge of supporting systems across multiple continents. Traditionally, the business model was characterized by a ”send-and-forget” principle, where connection to the system was lost as soon as it was installed. This created a reactive approach to service: ULTRAAQUA only became involved when the customer discovered a fault, by which time production was often already impacted. Since UV and ozone systems are critical bottlenecks – if they stop, the entire facility stops – there was a pressing need to be able to monitor performance remotely and act proactively.<\/p>\n
