De forsyner i dag stort set alle Albertslunds 29.000 indbyggere, samt erhvervsbygninger, eller hvad der svarer til lige over 200 GWh, gennem et 400 km langt ledningsnet. Der er et varmeforbrug svarende til 15.000 standardhuses forbrug. Med hensyn til differenstrykm\u00e5lingerne skulle de leveres med en stabilitet og pr\u00e6cision, som var h\u00f8j nok til, at forsyningen kunne styre deres pumper direkte efter dem. Et centralt fokus i projektet var samtidig at sikre fuld fremtidig frihed til at v\u00e6lge de m\u00e5lere og sensorer fra de tekniske leverand\u00f8rer, man \u00f8nsker, frem for at blive tvunget ind i en teknisk afh\u00e6ngighed af \u00e9n bestemt producent. Dette sikrer en stabil, tr\u00e5dl\u00f8s forbindelse, der fungerer uafh\u00e6ngigt af forsyningens \u00f8vrige IT-infrastruktur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>SCADA-integration:<\/strong> De opsamlede trykdata sender Beacon Tower videre til Albertslund Forsynings eksisterende ABB SCADA-system. Dette g\u00f8r det muligt for driftspersonalet at regulere trykket i realtid baseret p\u00e5 faktiske m\u00e5linger frem for antagelser og teoretiske modeller.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>SCADA-redundans:<\/strong> Beacon Tower fungerer ogs\u00e5 som et redundant system. Hvis SCADA-systemet er nede, kan driften tilg\u00e5 de samme realtidsdata direkte via Beacon Tower og styre produktionen manuelt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Integration af overskudsvarme:<\/strong> Udover indhentning af m\u00e5linger fra ledningsnettet, er Beacon Tower ogs\u00e5 integreret direkte med Diehls Izar Plus-platform. Diehl leverer m\u00e5lere til m\u00e5ling af overskudsvarme og igennem Izar Plus hentes m\u00e5lerdata fra eksterne bidragsydere af overskudsvarme ind i Beacon Tower. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Resultat og V\u00e6rdi<\/strong> <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Albertslund Forsyning har nu i over et \u00e5r styret deres netv\u00e6rkstryk baseret p\u00e5 disse realtidsm\u00e5linger. Resultaterne er m\u00e6rkbare p\u00e5 flere fronter:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Energibesparelse:<\/strong> Ved at reducere trykket til det faktiske behov er energiforbruget til pumperne &#8211; herunder hovedpumpe og booster-pumper &#8211; faldet markant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Forbedret driftssikkerhed: <\/strong>Ved udfald, angreb eller nedbrud p\u00e5 SCADA-systemet har driften mulighed for at f\u00f8lge tryk og temperatur i fjernvarmenettet via Beacon Tower webportalen.
