Energien bruges prim\u00e6rt til opvarmning, ventilation og belysning. Optimering af fjernvarmenet er \u00e9n af mulighederne for at opn\u00e5 energibesparelser p\u00e5 dette omr\u00e5de. Virkningen ved at s\u00e6nke returtemperaturen med kun 1 grad Celsius sparer energi til 10.000 huse eller 9.500 ton CO2. Eksisterende leverand\u00f8rer i fjernvarmesektoren anvender i dag propriet\u00e6re l\u00f8sninger med leverand\u00f8r lock-in, hvilket reducerer den fleksibilitet og systemkobling, som er n\u00f8dvendig. Dette er en barriere for opn\u00e5else af energieffektivitet og energibesparelser i hele fjernvarmesystemet, da opn\u00e5else af det n\u00e6ste niveau af optimeringer kr\u00e6ver realtidsdataanalyser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><br \/>Realtidsdata, cloud computing, Machine Learning og AI-kontrol muligg\u00f8r realisering af den n\u00e6ste generation af fjernvarmesystemer, som har v\u00e6ret meget efterspurgt i de senere \u00e5r. At vide, hvordan man skal anvende disse teknologier p\u00e5 en fleksibel, sikker og s\u00e5ledes skal\u00e9rbar m\u00e5de, vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re afg\u00f8rende ift. til at eksportere fjernvarmesystemer (s\u00e5vel som k\u00f8lel\u00f8sninger) som moderne og fremtidssikrede energil\u00f8sninger til nye markeder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><br \/>Optimering af fjernvarmesystemer i fremtiden kr\u00e6ver en kombination af avancerede teknologil\u00f8sninger, fleksible integrationer og ekspertise inden for energistyring og systemteknik. For at opn\u00e5 disse optimeringer kr\u00e6ver det en digitalisering af fjernvarmesektoren ved at have realtidsindgang til hele nettet og en systemkobling til forskellige energi- og datakilder. Dette \u00f8ger m\u00e6ngden af data, der skal behandles, gemmes og analyseres og dermed p\u00e5l\u00e6gges der krav om \u00e5benhed og fleksibilitet til datalagringen.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Projektbeskrivelse<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Dette projekt adresserer udfordringen med at hente realtidstrykm\u00e5linger og flowdata fra adskillige nye m\u00e5lepunkter i fjernvarmenettet og skaber indsigt med Machine Learning genererede tv\u00e6rsektorale Digital Twins. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Projektets samlede m\u00e5l er at:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Udvikle en fleksibel og moderne fjernvarmeplatform, der minimerer afh\u00e6ngigheden af fossil energi og er m\u00e5lrettet eksport til vision\u00e6re Smart City projekter ved hj\u00e6lp af innovative forretningsmodeller.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Bidrage til det danske og europ\u00e6iske AI-arbejde indenfor energisektoren.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Udvikle Machine Learning &amp; AI-kontrolsystemer, der bruger realtidsdata fra forskellige enheder og systemer til at optimere den daglige drift til n\u00e6r realtidsstyring.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Demonstrere, at l\u00f8sningen optimerer energiproduktionen og distributionen ved at bruge en nyligt patenteret realtids flowsensor og HydroState kontrolboks, en \u00e5ben og skal\u00e9rbar cloudbaseret dataplatform, og anvendelse af avancerede AI-kontrolteknikker p\u00e5 adskillige realtids s\u00e5vel som eksterne datakilder.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Dokumentere, at l\u00f8sningen kan spare 10% af fjernvarmeselskabers \u00e5rlige energiforbrug ved at reducere el-forbruget til pumper, reduceret ledningstab ved lavere freml\u00f8bs- og returtemperatur og h\u00f8jere effektivitet ved kedler og varmepumper sammenlignet med eksisterende fjernvarmeforsyninger, der ikke har data fra realtids m\u00e5lepunkter og systemkobling med AI-kontrol.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">I RACE udvikles en sensorl\u00f8sning til real-tidsm\u00e5ling af tryk, temperatur og flow i ventiler. Det m\u00e5lte tryk over ventilen bruges til at indstille n\u00f8jagtige tryk p\u00e5 hoved- og boosterpumper. I RACE videreudvikles og udnyttes Beacon Towers \u00e5bne og fleksible arkitektur som en dataplatform til at opsamle og strukturere maskin- og tidsserie-data, der muligg\u00f8r \u00e5ben deling af data mellem systemer. Der udvikles l\u00f8sninger der st\u00f8tter de beslutninger, som skal tr\u00e6ffes til at planl\u00e6gge systemet ved hj\u00e6lp af AI-algoritmer, der er tr\u00e6net med Machine Learning genererede digital twins, der har l\u00e6rt af datas\u00e6t, der sp\u00e6nder over hele s\u00e6soner. I projektet bruges generelle l\u00f8sninger til integration til typiske fjernvarmesystemers OT-systemer, l\u00f8sningerne er baseret p\u00e5 \u00e5bne og moderne industristandarder. I projektet udvikles en l\u00f8sning til styring af fjernvarmeventiler fra SCADA baseret p\u00e5 AI -kontrolteknologi. Alt det ovenst\u00e5ende testes sammen med et eller flere fjernvarmeselskaber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Dette er et projekt st\u00f8ttet af EUDP &#8211; Energiteknologisk Udviklings- og Demonstrationsprogram i Danmark.
